Custom Point Of Sale System I developed a custom built iOS based point of sale system that integrated with Square Payments credit card terminals. Built from the ground up to go above and beyond simply processing in-store payments, the Karcher POS system empowered staff with contextual customer and product data always a tap away while automating manual tasks enabling the customer to be the sole focus. Customer focused click and collect app This was iOS and Android based and created a streamlined in store collection process, and enabled home delivery orders, utilising push notifications, Square payments API etc. It constantly learns from customers intrinsic purchasing habits to offer intelligent suggestions and the ability to develop a long tail customer relationship. CRM (Customer Relationship management app) An iOS and Android mobile app enabling service and sales staff on the road to record interactions with customers, track sales pipelines, assign and create to-do lists and communicate in an instant messenger style environment with each other in a streamlined and intuitive way. Data Driven Management Dashboard This custom built dashboard houses all the tools to take the amazingly detailed data being collected and present it in an instantly informative and actionable way. It was built to be a one stop shop to the pulse of the business with everything required to run, learn and grow revenue and customers. Including key analytics info/animated charts and graphs, automation of key tasks, comparative analysis, sales and stock level management, staff accounts, sales breakdown, full accounting software integration via Xero's API and much more. ‍
